Policies
Terms of service.
The terms you agree to when you buy from or use IT DigiLit. We have kept them short and in plain English, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
Last updated 31 August 2026.
1. Who we are, and what this covers
“IT DigiLit”, “we” and “us” mean IT DigiLit. These terms cover this website and the products and services we sell through it.
Where you have signed a separate order, statement of work or service agreement with us, that document takes precedence over this page wherever the two differ.
2. Your account
- Give us accurate details, and keep them current.
- Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and be authorised to accept these terms for any organisation you are buying on behalf of.
3. What we provide
We offer consulting, managed IT and Microsoft cloud services, managed application environments, a marketplace for licensing and subscriptions, and career advisory and community products.
What you are entitled to depends on what you bought. Scope, service levels and support commitments are set out in the order or service agreement for that product, not on this page.
4. Fees, billing and renewal
- Prices are shown at the point of purchase and are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, at the interval shown when you bought.
- You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not by itself return a payment already taken.
- Taxes, where they apply, are your responsibility unless we say otherwise in writing.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. A change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
5. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use our services to:
- break the law, or help anyone else do so
- gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the service or the people using it
- infringe someone else’s intellectual property or privacy
- resell or redistribute a service without our written agreement
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this section is being breached, or where continuing would put other customers at risk.
7. Your data
How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
Content and data you put into a service remain yours. We use them to provide and support the service, and we do not sell them.
8. Services we rely on
Our services are built on third-party platforms — Microsoft and Azure among them — and payments run through Stripe. Those providers have their own terms, and their availability is outside our control. Where a service you buy from us depends on a third-party licence or subscription, that provider’s terms apply to it as well.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep our services available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where we can. Any specific availability or response commitment is the one written in your order or service agreement. Where you have none, services are provided as they are.
10. Intellectual property
Our site, materials, methods and software remain ours. Buying a service gives you the right to use it for your own business for as long as you are paying for it; it does not transfer ownership of anything.
11. Changes, and ending the agreement
- We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published when you made it, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
- We may change or discontinue a product. Where that affects something you are paying for, we will tell you.
- You may stop using our services at any time and cancel any subscription.
- We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, or where an account is being used in a way that harms others.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.
13. Contact
