Policies
Refund policy.
If something we sold you isn’t right, tell us. We review every request against the terms of the product you bought, and where a refund is due we issue it back to the card you paid with.
Last updated 31 August 2026.
How to request a refund
Email info@itdigilit.com with the subject Refund request. To let us deal with it quickly, please include:
- the email address on the account
- the product or service, and roughly when you bought it
- the order or transaction reference, if you have it
- what went wrong, in your own words
You do not need all of it. The account email alone is enough for us to find the order.
How we review it
We look at the request against the terms and service levels of the specific product you bought — these differ between our community membership, our managed application tiers, and consulting or career services. We will tell you what we decide and why.
If we got something wrong, or a service did not do what we said it would, we would rather fix it or refund it than argue about it.
If a refund is issued
- It goes back to the original payment method. We cannot send a refund somewhere else — that is a limitation of card payments, not a policy choice.
- Once we issue it, the money typically takes several business days to appear on your statement. That part is down to your bank and card network rather than to us.
- Access to the refunded product ends when the refund is issued, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling a subscription stops future payments. It does not by itself return a payment already taken. If you want both, say so in your request and we will handle them together.
You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time from your account.
Free and trial products
Where no payment was taken there is nothing to refund. You can stop using the product or ask us to close the account at any time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. The date at the top of this page is when it was last changed.
Questions
Ask before you buy if you are unsure — we would rather answer the question than process the refund. Email info@itdigilit.com or use the contact page.
