At IT DigiLit, we are committed to providing high-quality professional technology consulting, advisory, training, and digital services. Because our services are delivered online and often require scheduling, preparation, or immediate access to digital resources, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.
Clients may cancel scheduled consulting sessions, assessments, or advisory appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (“no-show”), may result in the session being forfeited and may not be eligible for a refund.
Due to the nature of digital products and online services, all sales are generally considered final once access has been granted or services have begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
AI assessments
AI enablement services
Fractional advisory services
Technical consulting
Cloud architecture services
Security assessments
Online training
Community memberships
Digital downloads
Subscription-based services
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be issued if:
IT DigiLit is unable to deliver the purchased service.
A duplicate payment was processed in error.
A billing error occurred.
Refunds will not normally be issued for:
Completed consulting or advisory sessions.
Services already performed.
Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
Missed appointments or no-shows.
Subscription periods that have already begun.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution and payment provider.
Customers with recurring subscriptions or memberships may cancel at any time.
Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by IT DigiLit.
Access to subscription services will remain available through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute with your financial institution. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve billing issues promptly.
IT DigiLit reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
